Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that has become meditation in motion with numerous acknowledged health benefits. This workshop takes a look at the foundational principles of Tai Chi such as proper body structure and grounding, and demonstrates how slow, mindful movements allows the entire body to work together while soothing the mind.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring water to drink.
