Cemetery Records Index

This index lists records of cemeteries, graveyards, burying grounds, and memorials held in collections of the Stewart Bell Jr. Archives. Most records are for Winchester and Frederick County, Virginia, but other localities within the Shenandoah Valley and Virginia may be included. Articles and other background information may also be available.

Please note that the information in these folders has been derived from research compiled by donors and Archives staff and volunteers. Records may be incomplete. Additionally, a cemetery may be listed more than once if the Archives has received records from multiple sources. 

Researchers may request copies of cemetery records by completing a reproduction request form. Service fees may apply.
