The Juvenile Biography section is one of my favorite places to browse in the library. I learn something new every time I leaf through a picture book biography. The vivid illustrations put me right into the time and the place where the action is happening. There is something magical about arriving on the children’s floor at Handley Library. As you enter the room, you will most likely see a smiling face (under the mask!) at the information desk. Handley Regional Library System and the Friends of the Handley Regional Library System are excited to announce the “Expect the Unexpected” Friends Used Book Sale running April 12-17 at Bowman Library. This book sale has several new safety adjustments due to COVID-19.
