Event Details

The America 250 Book Circle brings readers together to immerse themselves in the history of our country’s founding. Through shared reading and lively conversations, we explore books that illuminate the challenges, triumphs, and vision of the early American experience. The Book Circle will also meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month in February, March and April. 

This month's selection will be Young Washington by Peter Stark.

Future selections will be:

  • February – 1776 by David McCollough
  • March – Revolutionary Mothers by Carol Berkin
  • April – Give Me Liberty: Virginia and the Forging of a Nation
