Archives staff can answer questions, assist researchers in planning their research trip, and refer researchers to appropriate materials. Normally, Archives staff can only do brief research about information in Archives records. For more complex, in-depth inquiries, researchers may pay for research and copying services. Details of these services are below. While we guarantee that we will research records thoroughly, we cannot guarantee that they will contain the information you seek. If we spend research time on your behalf, refunds are not given, regardless of what information was or was not found.
Payment for research services or copies must be made in advance. The Archives can accept personal checks made payable to WFCHS Archives. We can also accept payments made through PayPal with any valid credit card. A PayPal account is not required.

To request photocopies of materials held by the Archives please click here for details. Please note that some items cannot be photocopied because of copyright restrictions or because the materials are too fragile. Archives staff will contact you if this is the case.
