Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Study rooms will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Biographical/Historical: The Winchester Area/ Dr. Robert C. Green Jr. Chapter board of directors named this local organization to honor Dr. Robert C. Green Jr. for his help in founding the chapter, his work to continue its growth, and his dedication to the people in the Winchester area with Diabetes. The chapter has two fundraisers each year. One is selling chairs at the Apple Blossom Parade. The second is the Walk for Diabetes.
