Important Announcement: Bowman Library Renovations

Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Ready, set, READ! We encourage readers of all ages to challenge yourselves to become reading machines this winter. From Jan. 1-31, Handley Regional Library is participating in “Be a Reading Machine,” a reading challenge sponsored by Beanstack and Baker & Taylor. As you reflect on the past year and set new reading goals, log your reading minutes to earn badges on your virtual bingo card!

We challenge you to read and log during the challenge. For logging your minutes read, you will earn fun, new badges. And don’t forget to earn bingo!
