In honor of National Poetry Month, we will be reading novels in verse, a type of novel that looks like a poem but reads like a novel. Usually quick and easy reads, novels in verse are accessible to all levels of readers. Come in and check out one or more novels in verse from our display at Bowman in the teen area. Virtual discussions will take place on Discord throughout the month of April, and optional book club hangouts/discussions will take place every other Tuesday in the teen area on April 1st, 15th, and 29th.
Beginning May 5th, our book club will meet only on the 1st Monday each month. Next month, we will read books by Asian American & Pacific Islander authors. Search #yaaapiauthors in the catalog or come check one out on the book club display in the teen area! Please register on the May calendar.
