Event Details

From seed to plant, campers will learn about how to be master gardeners through various activities with books, arts and crafts, science exploration, and more. Help build the library's community garden of pollinators and then take home your own plant to nurture, too! Presented by Northern Shenandoah Valley Master Gardeners.

Registration (and attendance) required for all 3 days of camp. Please limit Handley camp registrations to one (1) total per child this summer as camp spots are limited.

If you are a person with a disability and desire any assistive devices, services or other accommodations to participate in this activity, please contact the Virginia Cooperative Extension-Frederick County Office at 540.665.5699/TDD 800.828.1120 during business hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to discuss accommodations five days prior to an event.
