Class Summary:

Intro to yoga class is designed for anyone who has ever been curious about yoga, but has never known where to start. In a workshop style, participants will go over terms, breathing, and some gentle flow yoga. There will be props and modifications offered so that everyone can participate! 


Teacher Biography:

Rachel Smith has been practicing yoga for 6 years, and recently completed Yoga Teacher Training with Lotus Moon in Chambersburg, PA. She loves that yoga brings the feeling of stillness in an otherwise fast-paced world.
