Let's gather to read books that help us be our best selves! Introducing the Better Human Book Club, a partnership between the Handley Library branch and MoveMentation.

Book to be discussed: How to raise good humans by Hunter Clarke-Fields

Our focus is on books that help us to know ourselves and allow us to explore personal and communal growth together.

Before turning our attention to discussing the selected book, we will start with some brief stretches and mild movement exercises. Book club meetings will be facilitated by Adrian VanKeuren of MoveMentation.

Meetings will be on the first Wednesday of the month. Free and open to the public. No registration required.
