The Handley Regional Library System has a large collection of downloadable audiobooks and eBooks available through the Blue Ridge Download Consortium. Browse thousands of titles from anywhere. Take advantage of curated lists or search for your favorite author. Then check it out just like you would at the library

Workshops- As part of our Summer Reading Program we are offering a series of "Getting Started with eBooks" workshops to make it even easier for patrons to their summer reads. These workshops will demonstrate how to browse, borrow and read on your device. To register, click on the workshop that works best for you:

One on One Help- – For those who prefer a more individualized approach, sessions can be scheduled to meet with one of our staff for half an hour. We can demonstrate everything that is covered in one of our workshops, trouble shoot specific issues, or help locate the best eBook or Audiobook for you.

Audiobooks count as reading! A question we often get during our Adult Summer Reading Program is “Does my audiobook count as reading?” It certainly does. Audiobooks are great for summer road trips and ASRP Reading Logs. Feel free to listen your way to great prizes and those ever popular Book Bucks.
