We are excited to announce the next gardening program for adults, Let’s Use What You Grow in Your Garden: Crafting with Flowers and Plants, on August 10th at 2PM at Handley Library.
The Master Gardeners will focus on different ways to preserve flowers for crafting. Demonstrations will be presented on pressing flowers, preserving in different mediums, and air drying. A hands-on craft will utilize a variety of pressed flowers applied to a wood ornament.
Registration is required, however the program is free and open to the public, and supplies are included. Register at www.handleyregional.org/adults.
