Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

Color Our World For Teens

Looking ahead to summer, you won’t want to miss the Color Our World Summer Reading Program! Log your minutes in the Beanstack app to get virtual tickets for a chance at some great prizes. This year at the Handley branch, teens ages 12-17 will check in at the Information Services desk on the first floor for free books and prizes. Choose a free YA book for every 6 hours of logged reading. 

Each library branch will host a Rally for Reading event, featuring fun for all ages, to kick off the program. Pre-registration begins on May 24 in the Beanstack app. You can begin logging minutes read on June 1, and the program ends July 31.
