Better Human Book Club

Posted on:

Are you looking for ways to better yourself? Do you feel isolated in your journey to self-discovery and personal growth? Join the Handley Library branch and MoveMentation in welcoming the brand-new Better Human Book Club! Our focus is on books that help us know ourselves and allow us to explore personal and communal growth together.

Each meeting will begin with brief stretches and mild movement exercises led by Adrian VanKeuren of MoveMentation. After attending to our bodies, we will move into discussion of the selected book to work towards becoming better humans as a collective.

We will meet on the first Wednesday of each month.

The Better Human Book Club welcomes all with a desire for growth and a willingness to explore new ways of thinking in a group setting. Let’s become better humans together!

Free and open to the public. No registration required.
