Request a Reference Interview

The Archivist is available for one-on-one consultations  to assist researchers with preparing for researching at the Archives. Reference interviews last approximately 30 minutes and may take place in person, online, or over the phone. These interviews provide an opportunity to discuss research goals and to identify collections and other materials that may be of use.

Archives volunteers with experience in genealogy are also available to assist in person researchers working on their family histories. Genealogy volunteers can advise on the best sources to find family records, strategies for mining databases, and overcoming "brick walls."  Please note that volunteers are unable to perform genealogical research on behalf of patrons.

Please fill out the form below to request a reference interview or genealogical assistance. We will contact you upon receipt of the form to schedule an appointment.
