Join us for a Music and Wellness Workshop series on anxiety relief. Music Therapist Cheryl Costello, MT-BC will integrate research-based and fun, interactive activities into each workshop and teach you how to make music a part of your wellness. Learn how music can be used to strengthen the mind/memory, provide motivation during exercise, help regulate emotions, and even create better social connections.
