SCOPE AND CONTENT: The Orrick Cemetery Collection contains a listing of gravestone inscriptions from Orrick Cemetery, located on Valley Avenue and Southwerk Street, Winchester, Virginia. It also contains a Certificate of Incorporation, 1922, and annual reports of the State Corporation Commission for 1981, 1983, and 1984. 

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: The Orrick Cemetery has been used primarily for African-American families. It is named for Robert Orrick, the owner of the land. The cemetery is still in use.
