SCOPE AND CONTENT: The items in this collection consist of photographs, genealogical materials, and ephemera concerning Margaret Copenhaver Trussell and other Copenhaver family members. It also includes information about allied families, including the McCormick and March families.

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: Margaret Amelia Copenhaver was born on October 29, 1835 to Jacob Copenhaver and Nancy Pelter. She later married Samuel J. Trussell. She died in November 1904 in Winchester, Virginia.
