SCOPE AND CONTENT: The H. Clayton Adams Collection contains materials concerning the life of H. Clayton Adams, including correspondence, awards, a church album, and items from his work with the Winchester Jaycees during the 1950s and 1960s. There are several editions of Partyline, the newsletter of the Winchester Jaycees.

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: H. Clayton Adams of Tennessee, practiced law in Winchester, VA. He was active in many local civic organizations, particularly the Winchester Jaycees.
