Newtown History Center and Handley Regional Library System present The Academy Hill History Book Club. This new club aims to teach and discuss aspects of history through book discussions.

That's right: Book Club is BACK!
This first Book Club meeting will take place on April 18th, 2024 at 11 am at The Barns of Rose Hill, next door to the Clarke County branch of the Handley Regional Library System. This initial meeting will be a "Meet & Greet" - bring the latest book you've read and introduce yourself to the group. We'll use the opportunity not only to get to know one another, but to discuss scheduling and future readings.
Each month, we will choose a different theme for our book club reads. Come in and check out a book from our Book Club display in the teen area. We will on the first Monday of each month in the Teen Reading Porch at Bowman to discuss what you've read. Ages 12-18. *Registration required.
