To use the Handley Robinson Auditorium, reservations require a fee. Room fees will be due ten calendar days before the event, or the meeting will not be confirmed. If you have a late booking, payment of room fees will be due at the time of booking.

Room Cleaning Fee:

  • Four (4) hours or less - $75
  • More than four (4) hours - $150
  • Not affiliated with a for profit business - $5

Food or Drink Requirements

Light refreshments may be served (and must remain) in all meeting rooms. Food cannot be eaten or served in other library areas. No alcoholic beverages are permitted.
