Important Announcement: Bowman Library Renovations

Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Gingerbread Jamboree slideIt's time for a jamboree!  Celebrate the holiday season with a puppet show, gingerbread stories, games, fairy hair from the Maryland Fairy Hair Lady, balloons from Characters By Chelsea, and face painting with Face Paint by Rachel! The first 100 kids receive a gingerbread cookie from Firefly Café & Bakery!

🎄Heading downtown to the Old Town Winchester Christmas Parade this night?🎄 Why not grab parking early and come to a fun, holiday event at the library right before the parade begins?! Grab dinner in between if our gingerbread cookies won't hold you over! 🍭
