Program Description

Event Details

Thousands of books have been read this summer. We gather to celebrate with all of the summer readers at Bowman Library on Saturday, August 10 at 11:00 a.m.

Raffle prizes will be awarded to those who have read and entered their tickets for a prize of their choice.

Top readers will be recognized and the celebration party is for everyone!

"It's Showtime at the Library" begins with the teen puppeteers sharing their unique brand of entertainment.

Then dance along with your friends to favorite Dance Party and PJ Boogie tunes.

The Tri-State Division of the Eastern Panhandle Ghostbusters will be on hand to keep us safe.

Come for stories, music, a film, prizes, dancing and puppets.

Most events will be over by 12:00 noon; but come back to read to some cuddly bunnies at 1:00 p.m. They love to listen to stories.
