Join Adrian VanKeuren from MoveMentation in an exploration of your body's range of motion and strength in this beginner-friendly qigong tai chi class. Different qigong sets and movements will be utilized to help open and mobilize the sinews of the body and gently increasing one's flexibility while learning how to strengthen the muscles. We will also briefly discuss the Wood and Earth elements from Classic Chinese Medicine philosophies, learning the role they play in helping to mobilize the body.
