Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Reference USA is a powerful online data tool available for free by Handley Regional Library System.  This workshop, presented by a representative of Reference USA, will show you how to uncover B2B and B2C sales leads, identify the ideal geography of potential new customers, learn key contacts, research company and competitor information, view market trends, and much more.

About the Presenter: 
Speaker Bill Carlson has been with infoGroup| Reference Division since April of 2008. His responsibilities include ensuring that Public Libraries that provide ReferenceUSA to their patrons are getting the most from their subscription. Bill’s presentations are always lively and entertaining.  Prior to joining infoGroup, Bill managed a team of more than 20 sales people at publicly traded company, where he stressed the value of providing world-class customer service.
