Important Announcement: Bowman Library Renovations

Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

We celebrate everyone's summer reading successes through music, crafts, puppets, book readings, local authors and awarding prizes.

Enjoy a Visit with Smokey Bear and Sky Meadows State Park rangers (10-12:30), Stories by Momma B (10:30), Bowman Library puppets (11:00), DIY crafts with fairy bottles, scratch art and diffusible paper (10-11), a Bounce House (10-12:30), Balloon creations with Johnny-O (10-1), Local authors sharing and selling books (10-12:30), and an interactive musical experience with true funk percussionist Uncle Devin (11:30-12:30)!

THIS IS ONE OF OUR BIGGEST EVENTS OF THE YEAR THAT YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS!!!
