Important Announcement: Bowman Library Renovations

Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Event Details

Discover history and celebrate Archives Month with the annual Shenandoah Valley Archives Fair hosted by the Handley Library. Archivists from throughout the Shenandoah Valley will be here to talk about their collections and how they offer support to researchers. The Fair begins with a panel discussion at 11:00 am and an opportunity to “Ask an Archivist” about their work and collections. The exposition opens at 11:30 am.
