Practicing tai chi has numerous healing benefits like regulating blood pressure, lowering inflammation and pain, increasing overall strength, flexibility, and balance, all while boosting one's mood and reducing stress. This introductory class will be the perfect time for you to experience tai chi for yourself. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to drink.

*If this is the first tai chi class you are attending at Bowman Library, please print and fill out the waiver on the right hand side of the screen below "attachments". Copies will also be available before the start of class.
