Introduction to Tai Chi

Join us outside by the lake for a beginner class in tai chi. A series of slow gentle movements and physical postures will be taught in a beautiful setting. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water to drink. In case of inclement weather, the class will move indoors.
