The Friends of Handley Regional Library celebrate another year with a talk from independent bookseller Christine A. Patrick

Christine will share her thoughts on community support that libraries and booksellers offer while meeting the primary goal of literacy.

Christine is an independent bookseller in Winchester providing opportunities for thought provoking reflection and humor every day. As the owner/manager of the 48 year old Winchester Book Gallery and bookkeeper for 7 year old Skyline Indie Film Fest, Christine works hard to deliver the Shenandoah Valley opportunities for literacy, education, art and discovery.

Christine is a member of the Old Town Winchester Business Association and the Kiwanis Club of Old Town. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies at DePaul University. She and her husband, Brian Patrick, have two children and live in Winchester.
