Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Learn the Didgeridoo Music of Australia!

Teens--Raihan Alam of Didgeridoo Down Under will show you how to play the Australian instrument the didgeridoo. You will learn more about the Aussie culture and how the didgeridoo plays a big part in the country's history.

Enjoy the interactive presentation of Australian music, culture, and storytelling.

This workshop is music and so much more. You will leave with your own didgeridoo to practice at home. In addition, you’ll learn about Aussie culture, sea creatures and more while grooving to the pulsing rhythms of the didgeridoo!
