Important Announcement: Bowman Library Renovations

Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Bowman Library is holding our very first Community Arts and Crafts Supply Swap!


This is an opportunity to trade new and gently used arts and crafts materials with others! Just bring your donations to Bowman Library from September 1-16. We will be sorting and setting up the swap in the Bowman Meeting Room.

The event is on Saturday, September 17, 10:00am - 4:30pm.

You can also pre-swap on this event's Facebook page if you wish to share art supplies you have or want. You can line up your swaps and finish the deal at the event.
