Her biography My Beloved World is the One Book One Community selection for 2019. She has authored other autobiographies for children and shares her life ambition of addressing diversity through her recently published picture book, Just Ask: Be Different, Be Brave, Be You.

The program will consist of select readings from Justice Sotomayor’s works, assembly of Sotomayor sayings, crafting of flowers that remind us that our world is beautiful like the many colors in a flower garden and a celebration of her joy through music, stories and dance.
