Important Announcement: Bowman Library Renovations

Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

** Program is cancelled for this event** The author's books can still be purchased through Winchester  Book Gallery****1455 A Place for Writers Author Series at Handley Library continues with Cindy Ross, who will read from her latest book The World is our Classroom.  Cindy had her formal education in Fine Arts Painting, attending the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia. Copies of Cindy's book will be available for sale and signing courtesy of the Winchester book Gallery. This is a free event!
