Event Details

Do you have a memoir, collection of family stories or poems that you would like to pass down to the next generation? In this hands-on, creative workshop, Capon Bridge, West Virginia poet John Berry teaches the method he uses to publish his books of poetry and prose. Easy to learn, inexpensive and requiring no complicated tools or publishing programs, John's method shows you how to format, print, bind and cut your own book from manuscript to finished product.

All participants will receive a copy of John and Brenda Berry's manual, The Art of Bookcraft, including step by step instructions following the methods taught in this 3-hour class.

Each student will also assemble a hand-stitched blank journal to take home.

Registration limited to 8.
