Event Details

Volunteers will be on hand to collect your gently used books (in good condition), DVDs, CDs, electronic games, and sheet music in the Bowman Library parking lot.

What we don't want to receive as donations:

  • Reader's Digest condensed books
  • Magazines
  • Encyclopedias older than four years
  • Year books
  • Text books older than three years
  • Books that have broken spines, missing pages or covers
  • Books that are stained or have mold, mildew, pet stains, insect or rodent damage (These can contaminate other books and present health hazards)
  • VHS tapes or Cassette tapes
