Program Description

Event Details

Join us after hours for a look into the archives!  Come join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of the Archives with a special presentation.  Each Archives After Hours event will feature a topic concerning items in the archives, how to use them, and how they may help you in your research.

Our last Archives After Hours of the year's topic is ephemera.  Ephemera is defined as items that were designed to be used for only a short period of time, such as programs, tickets, and broadsides. Often overlooked as memorabilia, these items are still valuable parts of our collections and have stores to tell. Join us to view some examples of ephemera from our collections.

Space is limited for this event and registration is required.  Registration is limited to guests ages 12 and up.  See below to register.  For more information, contact the Archives at (540) 662-9041 Ext. 17.
