Important Announcement: Bowman Library Renovations

Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Live Reptiles

This program is for youth in middle and high school. The Larsen family visits the library to share information about the world of reptiles.

A dazzling array of lizards, frogs, turtles, and even snakes are on hand to tell their stories. Be prepared for holding, petting and greeting some eye-to-eye.

This program is specially designed for teens to find out about reptiles and learn specific information on being a responsible caretaker.
