Donations to the Stewart Bell Jr. Archives

The Stewart Bell Jr. Archives welcomes donations of original materials, to include correspondence, diaries, business and legal records, photographs and other items that document the history of the Winchester-Frederick County area and the Lower Shenandoah Valley. Genealogical materials such as Bible records, family groups charts and family histories pertaining to individuals or families who settled in this area are also sought. Published books and periodicals, maps, newspapers, artwork and artifacts related to our collections focus may also be accepted as donations. More information about our holdings and acquisitions process is available in our Collections Development Policy.

Please fill out the form below if you have materials that you would like to be considered for donation to the Stewart Bell Jr. Archives. The Archives Manager will contact you once the form is received to discuss the donation process.
