Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:

  • Printing will be limited
  • Only laptop computers will be available
  • Study rooms will be unavailable
  • Access to many adult materials will be limited
  • Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

These services will still be available at both Handley Library and Clarke County branches.

Event Details

In this exciting theater workshop for teens, we’ll use fun games and activities to explore the foundations of improv—things like characterization, how to be a good scene partner, and how to be prepared for just about anything! Then we’ll guide the workshop participants through the collaborative process of devising their very own series of scenes all about a sci-fi monster invasion! Get ready to unleash your creativity! Presented by Talewise. Program is intended for ages 12+.

*Registration required. Please limit Handley camp/workshop registrations to one (1) total per child this summer as camp spots are limited.
