Important Announcement: Bowman Library Renovations
Bowman Library will be installing new carpeting from January 12–23. During this time, some services will be limited:
- Printing will be limited
- Only laptop computers will be available
- Study rooms will be unavailable
- Access to many adult materials will be limited
- Faxing and scanning will be unavailable

Equipment
The Bowman Meeting Room includes a mounted projector and screen system. A lectern with microphone is also at your disposal. We have a stage for the meeting room at Bowman Library. Please call (540) 869-9000 ext. 210 to check availability.
Seating
The Library owns tables, chairs, and equipment that may be used for meetings. The organization reserving a meeting room is responsible for setting up tables and chairs and must provide someone who knows how to operate the equipment requested. Room setup must be done during the Library’s regularly scheduled hours of service and are included in room use time. When applicable, chairs and tables must be returned to storage racks and put away in storage closets.
Availability Hours
The library closes promptly at 8 PM Monday – Thursday and 5 PM Friday and Saturday. Please make arrangements to wrap up your program by this time.
