We Love Our Juvenile Easy Readers!  

 

February means Valentine’s Day, so we’re showing our love by celebrating our wonderful collection of easy readers! We have all of your favorite series, from Pete the Cat to Elephant and Piggie. We also have several collections of easy readers that we are sure you’ll enjoy.

 

Rookie Readers - Rookie Ready to Learn Readers are grouped by themes such as First Science, I Can, and Animals.These mainly fictional books feature activity pages that include matching games, songs, and word lists. I Like to Read - These books focus on cause and effect fictional stories. They are large format books with full-color pictures. Reading levels are marked from A (3-4 words per page, Grades K-1) to G (20 words per page, Grades 1-2). Try this series when transitioning from picture books to easy readers. Wonder Books - These are nonfiction books with full-color photographs. Information is clear and concise. Each book includes a word list in the back. Reading levels run from beginner to advanced. Wonder Books are divided into two series. The first series, The Wonders of Reading, covers general topics of nature, geography, and history.
