Six Ways to Print

  1. Email – Send / Forward email and attachments to print@printme.com
  2. USB at PrintMe Station
  3. Upload files to website printme.com
  4. Cloud storage account - Dropbox, One Drive, and Box (Must know username and password to sign in at PrintMe Station)
  5. Mobile device (Apple Devices) - PrintMe app (App has logo of cloud)
  6. PrintMe driver - Install on Windows or IOS (available at printme.com)

What To Do When You Get to the PrintMe Station

  1. Click ‘Print’ or ‘Make Copies’ then click the correct print option
  2. Insert credit/debit card for preauthorization*
  3. If needed, scan your barcode or type in your release code (make sure to write your code down if you don’t have a barcode)
  4. PrintMe Station will display or list your document(s)
  5. Select print settings:
      • Quantity, B/W or Color, and Paper Size
      • If needed, select the page(s) you want to print
  6. Click ‘Next’ then ‘Print’
  7. If you want to make more copies click ‘Print Another’ or ‘Do More Work’
  8. When done, click “End Session”

*Ask at the Information Desk about cash/check payments.

Printing Services at Clarke County Library

Printing is available from library computers in black and white for 15¢ per page or color for 25¢ per page. All printing is sent to the printer at a public service desk.
 

Copy

Black and white photocopy machines are available at each library. Cost is 15¢ per copy.  The photocopiers accept dollar bills or coins.
 

Scan

All branches have a free self-service ScanCenter. The ScanCenter allows you to scan and send files to smartphones, Google Drive, a USB flash drive, or email. It easily accommodates documents up to 11” x 17”. Scanned documents may be edited and saved in several file formats including PDF, searchable PDF, Word, JPEG, TIFF, and PNG. ScanCenter will auto-crop, auto-straighten, and auto-orient your documents. Perhaps best of all, it’s free of charge and simple to use. If you do not own a flash drive, you can purchase one at a service desk for $10.00.
 

Fax

All branches have a self-service ScanCenter that includes a public fax service for outgoing faxes. The cost is $1.00 for each page. A debit / credit card is required. Email confirmation provided.
