Kristine Villatoro, Supervisor of Outreach at Potomac Appalachian Trail Club has long tradition of hiking beginning as a child and continuing as a parent herself. She found hiking to be a source of healing grief. She is founder and guide for the Wandering Sole Sisters - a local women's hiking group and was instrumental in the startup of the Blue Ridge Chapter of the PATC which offers the popular S-Miles program

Andrea Schweigert is a Physical Therapist.  She will share basic information on physical therapy - benefits, types and basic suggestions for stretching, exercises to improve mobility, flexibility and strength

Host Susan Tschirhart is a life-long hiker and self-described "nature nerd."  She will talk about her personal health challenges in this episode. She is founder and guide of The Trail Tribe, a local hiking and backpacking group for women.
