Intro to yoga class is designed for anyone who has ever been curious about yoga, but has never known where to start. In a workshop style, participants will go over terms, breathing, and some gentle flow yoga. There will be props and modifications offered so that everyone can participate! But, please bring your own mat.
Rachel Smith has been practicing yoga for 6 years, and recently completed Yoga Teacher Training with Lotus Moon in Chambersburg, PA. She loves that yoga brings the feeling of stillness in an otherwise fast-paced world.
