Handley Regional Library System and the Friends of the Handley Regional Library System announce the next virtual outdoors hiking series that will focus on Climbing to New Heights with Arthur Kearns. Kearns will share his hiking experience, the impact hiking has made on his life, and how the local community can enjoy local hiking. This program is on Thursday, March 18th at 6:30PM.
Handley Regional Library System is hosting a new financial literacy program where attendees can expect to set SMART financial goals, learn effective financial habits, and create a budget to meet and exceed those set goals. This is sponsored by the Friends of the Handley Regional Library System. Registration is required.
This will be presented by Mary Butler, an educator and trainer who has a master's degree in Counseling and College Student Personnel from Shippensburg University in PA.

We held a special series designed to educate the public on different ways to use library services in March titled Exploring the Library. These virtual sessions offered through Zoom were ideal for new, prospective, and current users of all library system locations – Bowman Library, Clarke County Library, and Handley Library.
